At his side is COO D'Laila Moore, who brings a unique and powerful layer of operational expertise to the agency. With years of experience leading diverse teams, consulting C-suite executives, and helping nonprofit organizations scale efficiently,
D'Laila adds a thoughtful, strategic touch that strengthens both our internal systems and our client relationships. Her leadership
ensures that every campaign runs with excellence 4 and every client feels seen, supported, and strategically guided.
Together, Calvin and DLaila lead On Purpose Agency as a unified force 4 combining innovation, integrity, and execution to help brands integrate advertising into true business growth.
