Pricing & Engagement

Advertising should feel like an investment, not a gamble.

On Purpose Agency (OPA) exists to turn your ad spend into a clear, measurable growth engine. We keep our pricing transparent, our reporting honest, and our work focused on one thing: driving outcomes that matter to your business.

Our philosophy

Clear pricing. Shared upside. Real partnership.

We price our work the way we run your campaigns: intentionally. Every engagement is designed around your growth stage, sales model, and revenue goals—not around arbitrary media minimums.

Value over volume

We care less about how much you spend and more about how efficiently every dollar works. Our recommendations start with CAC, LTV, and payback period—not impressions.

Radical transparency

No black boxes. You see what we see: live dashboards, clear reporting, and direct visibility into fees vs. media spend.

Built as a partner

We embed with your team—sales, product, finance—to ensure campaigns line up with revenue targets, capacity, and brand.

Flexible by design

Two core engagement paths—ongoing retainers and campaign/event projects—so we can match the way you actually operate.

Engagement model #1

Ongoing monthly retainer

Best for teams that treat paid media as a core, always-on growth channel. We function as your strategic performance arm—setting targets, running experiments, and optimizing continuously.

What’s included in all retainers:
• Strategy & planning (quarterly and monthly)
• Creative direction and ad production guidance
• Campaign builds, optimization, and testing
• Reporting, insights, and forecasting
• Weekly or bi-weekly collaboration calls

Typical investment

Most OPA retainer clients invest between $2,000 – $7,500 / month, depending on scope, markets, and number of channels.

Media budgets typically range from $5,000 – $250,000+ / month. We’ll help you right-size this based on your goals and unit economics.

Note: These ranges are for guidance, not hard rules. If you’re slightly above or below, we’ll tailor a retainer that fits where you are today—and where you want to be in 6–12 months.

Engagement model #2

Campaign & event-based engagements

Ideal when you need OPA’s firepower around a specific moment: a product launch, new market test, flagship event, or time-bound promotion.

How it works:
• Fixed or range-based project fee scoped to your objectives and timeline
• Clear milestones (strategy → build → launch → optimization → post-mortem)
• Option to transition into an ongoing retainer once the campaign proves out

Typical project ranges

Most campaign or event-based projects start around $6,000 and range up to $60,000+ depending on timeline, channels, and complexity.

We’ll map fees and recommended ad spend to the expected impact and your risk tolerance—no guesswork.

Product or feature launch

End-to-end launch support—positioning, channel strategy, creative direction, and performance setup—to validate demand quickly and intentionally.

Flagship events & conferences

Drive registrations, attendance, and post-event pipeline through tightly orchestrated pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns.

Seasonal or promotional campaigns

Short, high-intent bursts (e.g. end-of-quarter, Black Friday, enrollment windows) built to hit specific revenue or pipeline goals.

Not sure whether a retainer or project is right for you? We’ll map both options in your strategy session so you can compare investment, timeline, and expected outcomes side-by-side.

Questions, answered

OPA pricing & partnership FAQs

If you don’t see your question here, bring it to our first call—we’re happy to talk candidly about money, risk, and expectations.

What kind of contracts do you use? Are we locked in long-term?

Most retainers start with a 3-month initial commitment so we can plan, build, and optimize with enough runway to be meaningful. After that, we typically move to a 30-day rolling agreement. For campaign or event-based work, we scope to the project timeline with clear start and end dates. If we’re not delivering value, we don’t want you feeling stuck—so we avoid long, rigid contracts wherever possible.

How do you handle ad spend vs. agency fees?

We separate our fees from your media budget. You pay platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) directly, and OPA bills you for strategy, management, and creative support. In planning, we’ll recommend a media budget that matches your goals and unit economics, and we’ll clearly show how much goes to OPA vs. to the platforms.

Can OPA scale with us if we grow quickly?

Yes. Many clients start at an Emerging or Growth retainer and scale into higher tiers as channels prove out and budgets increase. We regularly revisit scope, staffing, and pricing as your needs evolve. If you’re heading into a particularly intense season—a big launch or funding round—we can temporarily expand scope or layer on project-based work as needed.

What does collaboration look like day-to-day?

We behave like an embedded growth partner, not a distant vendor. Expect a dedicated point of contact, a core performance team, shared Slack or similar, and scheduled touchpoints (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your tier). We’ll sync with your internal stakeholders—marketing, sales, revenue ops—to ensure campaigns map to your funnel and real capacity.

What if our budget is smaller than your typical ranges?

If you’re below our normal retainers or project minimums, we’ll still gladly have a conversation. Sometimes we’ll recommend a tighter, shorter engagement, a focused campaign instead of a full retainer, or an advisory/roadmap project to set your strategy before you scale spend. And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll do our best to point you toward resources that are.

Next step

Let’s design an engagement that matches your ambition.

In a 30–45 minute strategy session, we’ll review your goals, current performance, and constraints—and outline the retainer or campaign model that makes the most sense for where you are right now.

No pressure, no hard sell—just clarity on what a purposeful partnership with OPA could look like.
